Blake-Baldwin scores Anglesey hat-trick

James Blake-Baldwin came away from Anglesey yesterday afternoon with the maximum points haul from the triple-header.

Blake-Baldwin had previous form at the North Wales circuit having won there last August and he put all his experience to good use in fending off challenges from Brian Chandler, who was making his first appearance of the season, Alan Henderson and Johnathan JJ Clements.

Brian Chandler won't be too displeased with a return of two second places finishes, and he will be confident there is much more to come. Alan Henderson carried on his form from Silverstone last month to claim two P3s and while Johnathan JJ Clements may be disappointed with a seventh, third and second, the points he accrued keep him on top of the points table, at least until the dropped scores come into play after the first race at Cadwell Park next month.

The promotion and relegation system between the A and B groups meant that the victory honours in the B group were shared around with Kris Greatrex, Sam Smith and Clive Powles the respective winners.
